People who menstruate (or who used to): did it give you headaches? Migraines? Headaches with weird inner ear pain? Tight shoulders? A hot head/face?
Discussion with friends has us wondering how common these things are (and as we all know, medical info about menstruation will tell you either everything is hormonal or nothing is actually happening to you, so it's fairly useless).

@farah the tension headaches are always my early warning system (when I'm not managing timing with the pill).
And I get most of those, except migraine.
