@anji could be something to taste horrid so you don't accidentally drink it? Flavour doesn't HAVE to be good, I guess
@cloudthethings Yeah that's what I was wondering. But as Supermoosie already noted the eustachian tube can connect the ear canal to the throat and mouth, so they probably make it just a little less foul tasting with some flavor in case some of the liquid gets there?
Ear, nose and throat is connected.
Had eye drops that didn't taste very nice when they make their way into throat.
