I tried using the chat function to resolve the problem.
They had replaced the humans with an AI chatbot.
I couldn't resolve the problem with it.
I left the website to never return.

@Em0nM4stodon I was ready to spend about £400 with Creality but one of their Black Friday offers had the bundle price higher than buying individually. I went to chat to try and ascertain if this was known / deliberate, and if they’d fix it, or if I should just buy individually. I went round in circles with an AI bot telling me the bundle was “better value” so I gave up and bought at BambuLabs instead!
@Em0nM4stodon this absurdity to replace client support with poor chatbots is insane.
The last time I encountered one for a problem with my phone's company, after a while, I yelled "fuck you damn bot, I want to talk with a human operator!" and after a while I succeeded.
Any gentle try to talk with a human was useless.
The root problem are not the chatbots but the companies that constantly try to make money on our shoulders.
