Like all new tech, the biggest problem is the livelihood it robs from the people who used to do the work.

And history has shown us, over and over, that people in positions of power NEVER make fair restitution to those who they treat like yesterday’s garbage once a technology replaces them.

@Remittancegirl as someone who has worked in tech most of my life, I'm well aware that many of the things I've built have replaced (highly skilled, expert, highly valued) workers. It's something that it's not comfortable to contemplate. But yet, we can do things now we could not do before, because the work of those highly skilled experts was expensive, and the work of machines is cheap.
