Does anyone know an app/software for habit tracking/executive functioning where you could do something like:
- create a routine comprised of tasks
- tell it when you're starting your routine
- have it pop up every X minutes to say "Have you completed task?" or something similar to pull your focus back to the routine?

@3TomatoesShort I used to use Todoist before I started migrating to FOSS apps exclusively. It seems like it would tick some of your boxes, and it worked really well when I used it a few years ago.

@3TomatoesShort apologies as this is a bit half arsed, but here's a page of adhd helper apps. Not sure if your specific scenario is addressed in any of them because the page has been in one of my 57 to-do tabs for the past few months, unread, undone. https://www.awesomeadhd.com/apps
