Got some soy exports data from the United Nations FAO Statistics site. Impressive rise by Brazil starting in the late 1990s; Argentina looks tiny in comparison.

If China wants a reliable partner Brazil looks like the real deal.

And now, if we look at their trade with China during the last 40 years or so, we can see the major Trump I fiasco for US exports.

Dumb thing is that farmers voted for him... again.
