Are you part of an open source project with a community of users, contributors, and/or third party developers?
I want to interview people about their projects with particular attention to how codebases, documentation, project management tooling, and community spaces are constructed.
On these "project tours" we'll go through your project together, on video call, and talk about how the structure of the project influences, and is influenced by, your goals, culture, logistical constraints, etc.

Would you be interested in talking with me (and maybe others from the project) about how a very small community volunteer organization is trying to organize a Codeberg Pages website? I gave a *lot* of thought to goals, culture, logistics, etc. It is open source, but not exactly what people mean by an open source project.
The group would probably be fine with videos of the project going online. I wouldn’t want to be on camera, but other volunteers might.
You don't need to be on camera, although for my purposes I do need your voice recorded - is that all right?
Small orgs/projects are totally fine, just need to have at least a few people involved so questions of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, etc arise.

All that, and the project is completely open source under the GPL v3.0 license.
I plan to record these tours and post them online as a resource to others. If you'd like to do a tour but don't want the video posted publicly, we can do that too, but I will charge for my time. Otherwise this would be completely free.
