@adamgreenfield you *can* 3d print things that big these days, but I think it would be either far too heavy or far too weak.
@simon_brooke I’m just unclear what it actually *is*: structural/functional? Or protective/expressive? And is it, what, carbon fiber?
@adamgreenfield all of those things, yes. It's weather protection plus structural integrity plus crash safety capsule plus aerodynamics. It is the main structure of the vehicle — it has to be, anything else would be to heavy. It's intended to be a carbon fibre/nomex/aramid composite;
