California's redistricting effort is playing fair. It's just that the rules for what's fair have changed.
In a low trust envirornment like we have, tit-for-tat is the best strategy.
While I support the idea of a non-partisan redistricting process, it should be done that way nation wide. I don't agree with the idea that one side should play fair, while the other openly cheats.
