Describe the problem in as much detail as you can. What steps did you take leading up to it? * I'm very upset that Libby is using generative AI — I'm currently part of a class action lawsuit of authors against AI companies and I've been promoting the use of Libby to my readers but I *will not* promote generative AI in any form as it is a pox on the land, the genAI companies stole my books, AI is a massive environmental disaster and there are so many other harms too numerous to go into. NOT TO MENTION that any mention of AI has a generally toxic impact on purchases and checkouts — people don't like it, they don't want it, but especially READERS who understand this issue better than most. AI turns people off. Keep it away from my books and away from the library.
