For the third morning this week, Joe quotes unnamed Democrats (the Scarborough equivalent of the people who call Trump "Sir") saying that "if there's not overreach" the fascist takeover of Washington's streets is "just fine."
Joe tries to say this is a partnership between DC and the feds.
Heilemann has the gumption to tell Joe it's not a partnership, it's a takeover.
