@sl007 I have seen those reports and am worried (but this is only based on a negotiation paper circulated by the US side).

But ask yourself: If there was really "currently no DMA", why would Apple sue the Commission about it? As far as I can tell, gatekeepers are scared like hell of this law.

🎠 Uschi must fall then.

As said, can't reach the former Commissioner at Bank Of America.
I think, it was a plan from a long hand by a corrupt business man who can't fill his mouth enough.
And by Uschi selling Europes Fundamental Values to US Fascists.

It is incredible that you seems to be very lonely in not seeing it.

So, cleartext here as a fediverse developer (not as elected W3C Social CG Policy Lead).

My 2024 talks at UN / Public Spaces were my _last_ warning about the certain US situation (24 ff.) digitalcourage.social/@sl007/1 - unheard, especially by "some NGOs" !

Describe my situation in detail books, e.g. [the most important analysis and interviews by Björn] socialmediafalle.de/

My task for the EU DMA was to describe the context of „federating systems“ and the situation for the fediverse.
I did it often for rather technical aspects, had an hour talk with Agarwal & was begging at Breton.

The big business man, Thierry "Gatekeeper" Breton promised us help and money for the fediverse.

It was probably the biggest empty promise I ever received and today, 0 cents arrived and many fedi devs work voluntary with prode but rather like slaves …
After that, I think, it was a plain lie.

Some corruption scandals later, Thierry moved to Bank of America and I can't reach the fascist chair poopers.
