(The closest I've seen is machine-cut adhesive wraps. They'll hold your stickers (AFAICT) and come off in one piece suitable for framing, but they're not easy to put back on.)

I continue to be frustrated at the lack of removable-reinstallable hard covers for non-Mac computers. They're perfect for having multiple sticker sets. And for protecting the laptop, I guess.
