People are saying that a main reason Elon is so angry about the G.O.P. budget bill is that it would hurt Tesla. They're right. But that does NOT make Elon wrong about the bill. For all his many faults, he can be reasonably called a futurist, and he realizes the bill is written to reward old tech and crush new tech.
