Every time sarcasm is used on social media at least 10% and as many as 80% of the audience misinterpreted it. It is very dangerous to use sarcasm in a post unless you explicitly use a (/s) or (/sarcasm) tag, and by that point why bother?

@mastodonmigration I'm neurospicy. I don't get sarcasm most of the time, unless it's being said by someone I know really well. And even then, it takes me a bit to work it out. I'd rather stay in my earnest lane.
