If the airline does shut down tomorrow, I feel so sorry for the Spirit airlines employee who's going to be working a ticket counter in Fort Lauderdale, where some customer will be stranded.

"🤬How am I supposed to get home?! You'd better turn your little computer back on and book me a flight! Now!👊🏻"

Spirit's leadership team should have planned better and anticipated *checks notes*:

massive inflation causing decreased travel

record high oil prices from war

ICE in airports discouraging tourism

And Trump insulting Canadians, Mexicans, Europeans, and Asians, so they don't want to travel the US.

I, for one, shall simply switch my business to one of those airlines that isn't vulnerable to simultaneous massive and indefinite jet fuel price spikes and record low consumer demand.🤡

I'm sure that there must be airlines like that.
