@hipsterelectron @eloy also: worthless for small players. theoretically, patents are good for employees in Germany, because we get “right to use” if companies don’t want to patent.
@promovicz @eloy it costs about $1000 to patent as an individual in the US which is cool but also pretty clearly intended to discourage filing
