Anyone else’s kids get too interested in the food you’re eating but loses interest as soon as you make some for themselves??

Then there’s the version “I want what you’re eating but no meat, vegetables or any green things”. That tastes nothing like what I am eating!!

@nathanlovestrees I’m taking up eating leftovers as hobby because all the food waste make me cry
@farah @nathanlovestrees when my daughter was young, I saw it as My Responsibility as Dad to eat up all the leftovers.
@farah oh yeah, I used to eat them all in *addition* to my normal portion but recently I’ve been giving myself less in anticipation of finishing what’s on his plate haha
