@lowqualityfacts For a very funny take on corporations as legal persons, check out Gilbert and Sullivan's Utopia Limited. The idea of a corporation as a legal person seemed very strange to Gilbert and he liked to make fun of it, in this case in a whole operetta. When the Public Exploder threatens to blow up the king, this worthy is told that the king is now a corporation with no material existence and that has to blown up rather than its officers (i.e., the actual king).
