@strypey I didn't even know it existed. What do you envision Liberapay using those files for?

I was thinking, enabling Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) projects collecting funds on LiberaPay to declare their financial needs in a machine-readable format. See the fundingjson.org homepage for more details.
