Jitsi has been really hit and miss over the years. And the lack of turnkey solution for locally hosted recordings and recording management is a real blocker for many.
BigBlueButton is however a daily driver here, and matured to the point I'm confident recommending it to orgs, groups. I've helped a good number move off Zoom to it entirely.
