Probably you have tried everything, and hopefully the surgery works.
Still, dropping it in here that personally AstePro has been a game changer.

@mastodonmigration Oh yeah, I've been on astepro & Flonase for years.
The problem is that the blockage prevented drainage. So everything way up in there was almost constantly a delightful environment for viral and bacterial growth. The two nose sprays help me breathe but don't touch the infection.
So I get 7-10 sinus infections per year, and every one of them has to be treated with at least 10 days of antibiotics. Last year, two of those courses turned into 40 days each, about 4 months apart.
Awful. So sorry. Hope the surgery brings you relief!
@mastodonmigration @courtcan I had sinus surgery twice as a child. They installed tubes to keep them open. As an adult, I always had a stuffy nose, and it got worse. I was given nasal sprays. Finally, when I was 35, a doctor took a closer look and said that sprays won't help me. I had to undergo surgery to straighten my nasal septum and remove polyps from my sinuses and frontal sinuses. I use Avamys every day and my nose works well.
@mastodonmigration My doctor says I will be pleasantly shocked. ☺️🤞🤞🤞
It will be amazing!
