Just had a look and couldn't find accounts specifically dedicated to kitesurfing, but there seemed to be a number of people mention it on their profiles as hobbies.

@FediFollows Hahaha, for a moment I thought that meant certain lake and rivers had their own accounts, like Karl the Fog's old Twitter account (for the Bay Area fog).
