(1/2) Hey there all Linux-curious folks. Did you ever wonder why in Linux contexts, as soon as it comes to the terminal and editing text files, there is so much fuzz about Vim? On the one hand those folks who swear on it, and can't imagine using anything else. On the other hand people who are everything between perplexed and appalled by the sheer unintuitiveness of this text editor, which is itself nearly a historical contingency.

Ok, this is just a teaser for the next toot.
