@Migueldeicaza Thank you, yes … fat is great! It’s the combination of fat *and* carbohydrates (sugar among others) which is the issue that causes the weight gains and health problems. Not only is it the combo, but a 50/50 balance of each which makes you crave more and more, making you eat beyond your normal satisfactory levels.
