@TheBreadmonkey I saw Medicine Drum at the Q Club in Birmingham back in the day. All they had was one or two little synths on a rack in the middle of the stage and a giant gong, which they'd smash on the peak of the build up. It was epic. Not sure which tunes it was though, or if only a live performance thing, but playlist here:
