Hey Hilton Hotels, I just canceled my reservation at your hotel because you side with ICE, with murderers, with fascists. You might as well delete my account. I will not be staying at Hilton hotels.Hey

@jeffjarvis i was not staying at Hilton for years already. Nice to see you finally opened your eyes! 👀
@jeffjarvis it is a pain to cancel the account. Online it only let's you "deactivate". Their "digital assistant" is useless. Called, and they transferred me twice, just to tell me that it can only be done by email.
The email is hiltonhonors@hilton.com
They need your account number, a reason why you want to cancel. Point out to cancel and delete all personal information.
Reminder: Hilton dropped the hotel that refused the ICE Gestapo rooms.

@jeffjarvis So there's one hotel where you'll never bump into an ICE agent at the breakfast buffet
@jeffjarvis that was an easy add to my personal blocklist....
@jeffjarvis this is the same day as I found out Holiday Inn turned away 2 rough sleepers (with a paid reservation).
@jeffjarvis Although I can commend you on some regards, I was quite sure that a few days ago I saw a post that said Hilton in Minnesota was cancelling the reservations of anyone from ICE. I may be recalling incorrectly but some of my family uses Hilton rewards and I recall being oddly surprised and impressed. Maybe it varies by state and in Texas they are not doing that.
@daubertla
Yes, a hotel did. Then Hilton, the chain, pulled that hotel. That's why.
@jeffjarvis oh my... good to know. Thanks for the info.
What hotel chain is okay to use now?
@jeffjarvis I cancelled all their emailing lists and next will cancel the rewards membership, that is if I figure out how to log in ...
@jeffjarvis I'm with you on that. I did look up on the site brandsownedby and compared Hilton and Holiday Inn, and it's the same investors that own everything. But the Hilton brand needs to be made an example of.
