If you have an account with the Apple App Store, you can report a problems with an app even if you do not have it installed.
1. Go to App Store.
2. Open link for downloading X (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/x/id333903271)
3. Scroll down to section on “Information”
4. Look for and click blue link for “Report a Problem”.
5. Follow prompts pictured in quoted post.

@davetheresurrector well, you don’t HAVE to, though it is very easy to delete/uninstall. I haven’t had it installed in years not since Musk took over, but because I did at one time, I was able to report it. I can see taking pleasure in installing it, deleting, and then reporting, but if you don’t want to that’s understandable too.

I did try, but I’ve never had it installed so that apparently explains why I don’t see a “Report a Problem” link. I really don’t want to install it now.

I just went through the painful process of reporting it on Google Play store. It's a lot of hoops to go through (please provide urls to the exact legislation it breaches, etc) but maybe it'll work..
@heidilifeldman I tried this here in the EU (Ireland), but there's a field that keeps insisting on a direct URL to the content (which would be a criminal offence even if I knew of one).
I tried home page URLs and the link below, which were each refused.

I have tried multiple times to find the “Report A Problem” link, but it doesn’t appear on iPhone or iPad. I will try again when I’m back at my desktop.
@heidilifeldman @MelissaAtwell They very conveniently left out the Report a Problem link off the iPhone.
