@infobeautiful one of those few times I will go out of my way to defend the British approach... although the Italian is pretty good too ?assuming you've not been on the vodka red bulls)

@infobeautiful Hmm... I have a hangover cure that works really well for me, but it contains a particular ingredient that doesn't seem to be in ANY of those. That ingredient is cysteine, which is apparently needed by the hung over body - and it's found in oats, hence porridge is an essential item in my cure :)

* Water
* Sweet hot tea
* Beans on toast
* Porridge

Simple. And can also quite easily be vegan, too.
