I am suuuuuperpissed-off that the flu jabs *that we had to pay for* have done nothing, and that I’m down with the flu anyway, alongside upwards of three-quarters of everyone else I know. I guess they misjudged which strain was going to dominate this year? Argh.

@adamgreenfield yeah, the vax this year is only 40% effective against this year's strain. Hope you feel better soon
@adamgreenfield Oh no, hope you get well soon! My doc was out of flu shots when I tried last month and now I have it since a week, slowly getting better. Heard that this year's shots weren't prepared for the variation of H3N2 that spreads this winter but it still helps against the worst symptoms of it.
