The USA is demanding from >40 states an "Enhanced Border Security Partnership" #EBSP. It will grant their migrant hunters direct access to police databases in these - mostly European - countries. This is unprecedented.

[39c3] Trump government demands access to European police databases and biometrics

The US demand is unprecedented: even EU member states do not grant each other such extensive direct database access – normally the exchange takes place via the "hit/no-hit principle" with a subsequent request for further data. This is how it works...

@matthimon this demand.alone should be illegal, espechally since the "Visa-free entry" into the #USA is not a "right" but a mere "ask" and even with a visa the #CPB is known to randomly deny entry without any due process nor appeals.

  • Any #cooperation and #DataSharing with the #US regime is #treason against #Europe's core valies of #HumanRights!
