Yeah, it's using either webusb or webserial which are only supported on Chromium-based browsers :(
Firefox decided to not implement these to APIs citing security concerns :(

@plaes @codinghorror it’s an interesting take, security wise, to claim forcing people use a less secure browser, or force device makers and users to install garbage drivers and random shady applications to manage their stuff, is more secure
