soundcloud, but in the fediverse?

Following on that. I tested https://bandwagon.fm/ which seemed very close to what I had in mind for a Bandcamp but on the fediverse. The interface is nice, and the general feeling is good, I looove the custom CSS field, I also can subscribe from and to mastodon, from and to bandwagon. Unfortunately, nothing appears in my mastodon timeline when I am a follower, no track, no album. I wonder if it due to my instance @benpate
I also quickly tested Funkwhale https://www.funkwhale.audio/ as lots of comments mentioned that one too, but both the website (broken?) and the app are hard to decipher. Is that an app for musicians, for hosting personal music libraries, or both? I guess it depends on pods, but I find this confusing enough to stop artists in the account creation process. I may continue posting on that topic. Tell me what you think, especially if you use those apps.
…Also, @mirlo seams a very interesting candidate as well, especially if the political and technical objectives they talk about in this article https://diyconspiracy.net/mirlo-interview/ come to reality in a near future.
@raphael there's also bandwagon and perhaps mirlo (if they achieve their goal of federating), even though they're closer to bandcamp than soundcloud.
