Despite failing to prove any wrong doing on my part now three times in court, my ex continues to make false allegations on online.

They have posted about how the plan to spend over $20k from this point forward on lawyers to make the already failed case that I did DV simply by breaking up with them.

Anyways, I've instead cut my goal in half to make because it doesn't cost that much get back on my feet if my ex would kindly take their foot off my neck.

Earlier this summer I was falsely accused of domestic violence and instantly made homeless and unable to see my daughter. Thankfully after three months of court I was found innocent and my accuser was scolded by multiple judges for repeatedly lying.Despite being found innocent of any wrong doing I still face massive legal costs.So far I've been billed over $15k! I'm very fortunate to have had a lawyer who worked tirelessly to protect my rights but I've paid the majority of the legal bill out of pocket, completely depleting my rainy day funds.Donations will help my stablize my life by staying on top of these legal bills, saving up for a new apartment and having money on hand to take care of my daughter.

1. STILL waiting to see my child. The written ruling hasn't been delivered for 30 days(slow judge). My ex is not complying with the oral ruling.

2. I've been utterly buried in court paperwork and getting the new hackerspace off the ground the last two weeks and just did not even have the spoons left to post a December mutual aid update so here goes.
