@pluralistic Hi, Cory. I haven't verified this myself, but after posing the question on Bluesky, I did get this answer: Disney can continue using its existing Roger Rabbit works because the statute does not provide for ALL rights to be reverted to Wolf. Existing works are carved out of that reversion and are still subject to the original contract that granted/licensed the rights.
