While the conditions that ICE operates its kidnapping centers in is obviously deplorable, I have a hard time seeing how this aspect alone is significantly different than many typical jails in the US.
Overall I think people are just for once allowing themselves to question how necessary are these ICE torture tactics.
ICE kidnapping centers are not the only prisons operating like this.

What I really want people to understand is that these ICE jails, even when they loose in court, are not being shutdown yet. They also may not even attempt to comply with these orders, time will tell I guess.
Little help for people already kidnapped by ICE.
Ricardo Rodriguez went out for a bike ride to get groceries. Instead of returning with food he got jumped by ICE and hospitalized!
