It should be illegal to give codenames to subsequent OS versions that begin with the same letter as the previous one.

I'm looking directly at you, Debian and Apple.

@mike It should be illegal to use codenames in anything but a cutesy manner. Just use the damn year and month. People from 5+ years in the future will thank you for the ability to just use simple lexicographic sorts to determine which version they want.

@mike codenames but they follow this rule to the letter causing them to reach the most obscure and uncharted regions of the #Unicode characterset ⛵
