@theintercept @dedicto Can anyone say fascism? I hope the ACLU can get him released since this is *obviously* a case of freedom of speech. Two million bail?! What judge authorized that?? And on what evidence I'd like to know.

@theintercept A textbook case of law enforcement using policing and legal process to punish people they don't like when they know there is no chance of conviction. I hope he sues and bankrupts the county. And whoever set the bail should be unemployed.
