@artfulsodger according to the subreddit, this has apparently been an issue for months. I switched the notifications to be silent on my phone at least; I don't want to miss future wishlist notifications, but this is getting ridiculous!
@cassidy, yeah. 😒 I have a one-strike policy for spam/ad notifications and disable notifications the moment an app violates it. But not everyone can/wants to do that and miss actually useful notifications. Android (when I used it in the past) used to provide notification categories for apps to classify their notifications and users could block the ones that they didn’t need. But even then, some apps abused it and I always disabled their notifications. This sucks! 😔
@artfulsodger yeah I switched to silent today. That's fine for this as I do want to see wishlist notifications generally, but there's apparently some server bug here because it's showing like a million times on the PlayStation itself as well.
