For ICE there are likely hotlines for your region and its probably the most important type of cop watch rn. I sadly know the most about the PNW so hopefully someone from your area or city can recommend local orgs.
Typically you want to get any photos of ICE you can, license plates+types & color of vehicles, number of ice agents, types of uniforms etc are extremely important and a name for the person abducted if you're able.
I noticed this local to PA immigrant focusd NPO has some info but sadly I haven't found an ICE watch hotline for your area yet. Will let you know if I find one.

Also, education of the history of disability rights and the solidarity shown by black liberation leaders is important to note. I loved this documentary and there's some important lessons in there for us today to be inspired by.
