It says he's pleased to inform 'our many U.S.A. Patriots' that he's designating ANTIFA as a major terrorist organization. And then more threats. Going to the account at Defense of Liberty dot Social shows what appears to be a Black man with a US military record. But the words in the quote are from a media upload credited to Donald Trump that he's responding to in support of anti-fascism.
