I love how X accommodates us both while applications don't care either way
That reminds me to post my favourite welcome screen / authentication desktop background picture.

Which really is just evidence of both the amazing customisability of @kde and the gorgeous design langage of @gnome. Headpats to both of them, people should be praising their good work instead of senselessly fighting about which one is ‘better’.
