That is where we are. A government confident in its legitimacy could have completely undermined yesterday's protest by not arresting people. Instead, millions will wake up this morning more angry than they were yesterday, more aware of the true nature of this government. #DefendOurJuries
If #YvetteCooper was actually confident that her ever-so-secret briefings from her secret police justified proscribing #PalestineAction , then people are being arrested for not knowing what they are not allowed to know.
Does she ever lie awake before dawn wondering if the secret police might have a - secret 😆 - reason to mislead her? I hope so, but fear not.
The one thing we know the secret police are good at is manipulating politicians.
