Chinese slave labor can and would destroy every American manufacturing industry. I don’t have a problem with some protectionism in this regard keeping union workers in the US employed.
@mekkaokereke I don't know what the tariff on cars made in China, including BYD, was in the first Trump Administration, but it was 100% during the Biden Administration, so it is not only a Trump 47 policy.
