I have suspicions about if this is an official City of #Melbourne marker

A blue historical plaque with a city of Melbourne logo that says THE BATTLE OF FLINDERS STREET The infamous break dance battle between Osher Gunsberg and Larry Emdur occurred here on 27 September 2015. Gunsberg immediately fractured his shoulder, diving too exuberantly into The Caterpillar. Ignoring the jeers of the crowd, Emdur danced only The Robot for 7 hours and 43 minutes, •before collapsing from dehydration. Several onlookers received counselling for distress.

#Melbourne has a few unusual “historical” signs
A blue historic style plaque with the text SHE SAW THE WHOLE WORLD HERE 'Walking through the rain on this spot on 6 June 2022, Amy realised this ground under her feet continued - beneath the ocean and back up again on the other side of the Earth - and that she was living on the same land as a farmer in Yemen or a banker in France. Her, the land, the farmer, the rain: they were all parts of the same thing. Amy explained it to her friend, Nia. Nia asked if she was high.
