Your media is on pillaging. So is Canada's media. Go listen to Carney's speech again - the man did not choose his words without caution. He said it was an attack, he said it was a war, he said Canada's existence was under threat and he even told you it was intentional - when you "write an agreement in pencil" it's because you INTEND to change it later. This isn't him saying "Americans don't keep promises" - he told his country we're out to eat Canada directly.

You need to understand that Carney isn't one of our nutjobs. The man is a banker, a high prince of neoliberalism - he doesn't exaggerate, he doesn't use metaphor, he doesn't fudge the facts to tell a good story (which doesn't mean he doesn't lie, but when he lies it's intentional and calculated) - the man knows words, and he knows decorum. It's his lifeblood.
Now good read his statement to the Canadian people again and keep in your head this guy would call WWII a "diplomatic disagreement."
