Who’s Trying to Bring Down GrapheneOS? The French Authorities Go on the Attack

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Veqfy8IwKDQ

Something serious is happening in France right now — a quiet but very real shift toward digital authoritarianism. A major French newspaper recently published a story, backed by statements from a deputy prosecutor, claiming that GrapheneOS isn’t a respected open-source security project… but the “secret weapon of drug traffickers.”

This kind of rhetoric is dangerous. It pushes the idea that protecting your privacy or encrypting your data is somehow suspicious. In this video, I break down this media and judicial offensive, the drastic reaction from the GrapheneOS project — which now considers France an unsafe jurisdiction — and why defending our right to a private, secure digital life has become absolutely urgent.
