Samantha Niblett, Labour MP, as it's revealed UK government spent £1.9bn on Microsoft software licences in the 2024-25 financial year, and the #NHS just signed another £700m deal - and #Defra renewed its Windows 10 contract forcing an extra security/ESR upgrade contract.
