Its face is made of a series of round white shapes, almost like a large stipple (it's hard to describe). The feathers of its chest point down in large, cascading leaf shapes, it almost looks like if you held an artichoke upside down. Its wings frame its chest and are constructed with long, swooping cuts, which are enough to convince your brain that they are wings. The overall effect is somewhat reminiscent of a mandala, inasmuch as it is constructed with mostly just simple small shapes and cuts, but the overall effect has depth and weight and movement that is difficult to capture in words.
