@jwseigh @bruces one thing that was cool about this article, he ended up boiling it down to "user intent time" in the event scheduling website example, which is exactly what it took me and my soon-to-be-gf the first four months of the 13-month refactor to independently derive by an extremely painful process :)

I think we used Arizona locations for a lot of our test cases, and a couple areas in Russia that had changed timezone definitions recently
